Shipping & Returns
All of my items are hand made to order allowing you to customize them to make the perfect gift for you or a loved one. Due to this my turnaround time is currently 3-4 weeks although I do aim to get all items out as soon as possible. This time frame just allows you to be aware of when to expect your dispatch email. This may be extended during busy periods of the year
Once your item is made you will receive an email confirmation saying your order is on the way, please allow up to 5 working days for royal mail delivery and courier delivery especially during these crazy times!
All orders will be sent with a tracking email and some orders will require a signature from yourself so please keep an eye on your tracking so you are aware when your order will arrive.

Return & Exchange Policy
You have a right to return your order under the consumer contact regulations your right to cancel begins from the moment you place your order, up to 14 days after receiving your order. Your right to cancel is unconditional, please not this does NOT apply to personalized/custom orders that can not be sold on due to their custom nature. If you wish to return an item please get in touch via the email address on the contact page, Sale items are non refundable.
Please check your confirmation email once you have placed your order, this allows you to check any mistakes on spellings or personalisation as once the order has been processed it will be unable to be changed.
If you are returning an item you are responsible for return postage and items must be returned in their original condition including gift wrap. If the item is not returned in its original condition you are responsible for any loss in value. It's advised that you return your item with a tracked or signed for service so you can track its return to me, items that don't reach me will not be refunded without proof of this.
If an item is damaged during transit please send photo proof of this, i will then be able to open a claim for your item. If approved by the courier company a refund or replacement will be sent out to you.
